Due to the unprecedented worldwide impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) it has been necessary to make some changes to our network.
As this is an evolving situation we will keep this page updated with the latest information we have on the status of our operations.
Last Update: 19 October 2020
Caspian Services
Tbilisi (TBS) & Yerevan (EVN)
Services continue to operate to the published schedule and bookings can be made via the usual channels.
In order to meet demand, we are operating additional frequencies to TBS and EVN as well as maintaining our regular schedule. We also have charter and part-charter opportunities available for larger shipments, both into TBS and EVN and from these locations to Western Europe.
Kazakhstan & Turkmenistan
Services to Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan, including SCO, GUW & ASB are temporarily suspended. We will instead be making more of our capacity available for TBS & EVN.
We expect to resume these services in the coming weeks and we will update this page as necessary.
Gulf Services
Most routes into Afghanistan and Iraq are operating, although we may have to make changes to days and times of operation, sometimes at short notice.
Due to the reduction in passenger services into UAE airports, connections into our DXB, DWC & SHJ gateways are still more limited than usual. For cargo originating outside of the UAE please check with your local sales agent for updated schedules and pricing.
Africa Services
We are operating a limited service into Africa at the current time.
Services to the following destinations continue to operate:
Asmara (ASM)
Dar Es Salam (DAR)
Djibouti (JIB)
Entebbe (EBB)
Gaberone (GBE)
Harare (HRE)
Juba (JUB)
Lusaka (LUN)
Mogadishu (MGQ)
Maputo (MPM)
Mwanza (MWZ)
Ndjamena (NDJ)
Windhoek (WDH)
Walvis Bay (WVB)
Other African routes are currently suspended on a temporary basis. We will update these pages when services resume.
Please Help Us
In order for us to make as much capacity available as possible, we kindly ask customers to keep us updated if for any reason booked cargo needs to be rescheduled or cancelled and we ask that customers do not make speculative bookings if the cargo is not ready to ship. We have made some temporary changes to our no-show and cancellation policies and these will be communicated at the time of booking.
It may be necessary for us to make changes to our close-out times at some airports and these will also be communicated at the time of booking.
For shipments connecting to Coyne Airways services via one of our interline partners, there may be reduced capacity on these connecting sectors, particularly those operated by passenger aircraft. For such shipments our reservations teams will inform you of the latest options and rates.
