Africa Services overview
Coyne Airways has recently expanded its services into Africa, working with local partners across the continent. Our aim is to provide links from major airports in North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia/Pacific into a number of regional destinations which previously had limited services, via a small number of African hub airports. Via our growing network of interline partners we can link virtually any major worldwide city to one of these hubs, currently Lagos, Dakar, Nairobi and Johannesburg. From these hubs we can serve over 30 destinations in the north, south, east and west of the continent.
For further details of where we offer service in Africa please see our Africa Destinations Map.

Gulf Services overview
Coyne Airways commenced scheduled services to Iraq in 2004 with services to Baghdad, one of the first carriers to do so following the 2003 conflict. This was followed in 2006 with the launch of scheduled services to three destinations in Afghanistan; Kandahar, Bagram and Kabul. Since then we have commenced services to Camp Bastion in Afghanistan as well as Erbil, Sulaimaniyah and Basra in Iraq. Our Gulf offering also incorporates services to Bishkek and Djibouti. All destinations in the Gulf are served through our Dubai hub.
There have been many challenges since the inception of services to Iraq and Afghanistan, but Coyne Airways has continued to provide multiple weekly frequencies throughout, whilst offering unrivalled levels of customer service. All our rates for services to the military bases in Afghanistan include delivery of the cargo to the consignee on base and we do not charge any war risk surcharge.
We have extensive interline agreements linking North America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania with our Dubai hub, enabling a seamless transit from your local airport to final destination.
Coyne Airways also offers export services from Afghanistan and Iraq to destinations worldwide, which caters for both small shipments and large full aircraft moves. In addition we offer a sea-air service for shipments moving into and out of Afghanistan whereby freight can be moved to Dubai by sea and then flown into Afghanistan, thus avoiding the often difficult land route.
PLEASE NOTE: Flights to Baghdad (BGW), Basra (BSR), and Erbil (EBL) have a cut-off time at Dubai (DXB) of 36 hours, and the flight to Sulaymaniyah has a cut-off time at Dubai (DXB) of 48 hours.
